1to3) Removal of walls dividing existing toilet and bathroom.

4) Removal of old plaster leaving toilet, hand basin and shower in use for customer during works.

5) Installation of new UPVC window, and support of ceiling joists during demolition of walls.

6) Plastering of walls ready for tiling and installation of new bath.

7-9) Tiling of walls ready for new suite installation. Complete with new extraction fan.

10-11) New bathroom suite.

12) New towel rail.
